OUR CAPABILITIES

Facilities:
Atlas Precision Tooling is located in Arden, North Carolina. We occupy a fully air-conditioned 27,000 sq. ft. facility. Our overhead crane and equipment will accommodate tools weighing up to 12,000 pounds.

Sampling Capabilities:
We have full sampling capabilities for all of the tools we build. In addition we have short and long run production capabilites with machine sizes up to 750 tons located at a separate Atlas Precision facility also in Arden, NC.

Work Force:
28 precision craftsmen including a staff of dedicated tool designers.

Equipment:
CNC milling, CNC / EDM including both wire and sinker, precision component and wet grinding.
